TAG Posted December 7, 2015 Report Posted December 7, 2015 (edited) I need a copy of QuickBooks 2014 for a Homeowners Assoc Review. This will probably be the only time I use it. Anyone know where I can buy a copy inexpensively? I've googled and no luck. Thanks. Edited December 7, 2015 by jklcpa merged 2 topics with same content & edited title Quote
jklcpa Posted December 7, 2015 Report Posted December 7, 2015 Not inexpensively; it looks like Amazon has the old version for ~ $300. If you don't need to actually work within the program, the association could create all of the reports and documents you would need by printing them to a pdf creator program that would allow you to access those electronically for the review work. Then you could give the person doing the bookkeeping the final adjusting entries to enter. No need to actually purchase the program at all. Quote
Abby Normal Posted December 7, 2015 Report Posted December 7, 2015 If you want to give them the changes to input manually, you could just convert the data file to a newer version of quickbooks. I like to give them the audit trail to enter changes I've made. Or you could buy it on ebay for for $125... if no one else bids on it. Quote
Max W Posted December 7, 2015 Report Posted December 7, 2015 Hers is the 2016 for $189. http://www.amazon.com/QuickBooks-Business-Accounting-Software-Essentials/dp/B01326JFB8/ref=dp_ob_title_vg Quote
