E-File Error Code R0000-905

I am trying to efile a 1065 but it keeps rejecting due to the above error. I checked the ATX kowledgebase and it says I need to update my EFIN with the IRS. However, I efiled this partnership last year with no problem. Has anyone else seen this error. Any help would be appreciated.
