Mel in Hawaii Posted February 23, 2008 Report Posted February 23, 2008 Glad to hear it, but not too surprising since tech support calls pretty much slowed down by now back when I still worked there. Most bugs have been worked through, most people have found workarounds and even the late installers have finally installed their programs. Another good thing, the guys/gals on the lines have had a chance to learn the basic questions that will be asked and the proper questions they need to ask the customers to find out what they really need.
