2Q941 Processing

I am using 2014 MAX ( includes payroll). In the beginning of this week, I was able to process a 2Q 941. Today, I am not.  When I add the form, all I get is the data sheet with a note that the form is corrupt & has to be discarded. I went into the client that I successfully processed on Monday of this week & the 2Q941 form that I had saved is gone. Anyone else experience this & have a clue what the problem might be?

I have been processing 2 Q 941s this week including 1 yesterday with no problems.

I just opened a 941 and it appears there is no problem here.  Silly question, but, have you done all of the requisite program and forms updates?

Just name it 2nd qtr and go forward.  Try it and ignore the red warning.  If you are not e-filing them, there is no issue.
