L.S. Posted February 22, 2008 Report Posted February 22, 2008 Anyone know when we can e-file 1065's? Quote
Gail in Virginia Posted February 22, 2008 Report Posted February 22, 2008 You should be able to e-file partnerships now. If you are waiting for the 8453-P, you might try removing that form and using the 8879 for partnerships. I have already e-filed two partnership returns, one accepted and one validated by EFC. Quote
L.S. Posted February 22, 2008 Author Report Posted February 22, 2008 I am confused. Yes, last year I used the 8453-P. When I try to open up new forms 8879 - there are 2 there - 8879-B and 8879-PE. Do I use one of these? Thanks Quote

L.S. Posted February 22, 2008 Author Report Posted February 22, 2008 On the 8879-PE it states that returns that are not extensions should use the 8453-P. So shouldn't I use the 8453-P and not the 8879-PE???? Quote
