Robin Posted June 7, 2015 Report Posted June 7, 2015 Is there a particular number to fax a POA in order to access e-services, as I need to pull a client transcript. I have always faxed the form while on the phone with an agent in the past, but hesitate to call because of the long wait times. Quote

Gail in Virginia Posted June 8, 2015 Report Posted June 8, 2015 The instructions for the POA (form 2848) have the phone numbers for faxing the form to the CAF unit. I usually wait about a week before trying to access the transcript to give them time to record the information. Sometimes I have gotten it faster and sometimes it has taken longer. 1 Quote
