MyATX

I cannot get to MYATX. It says I am locked out - then I try again and it has the secret question - but there is no question there - grrrrrrrrr. At one time, all user names were admin - is this still true - how can I get to MYATX??????

I haven't been able to get into MyATX for two weeks. Twice CCH has sent me an email that my user name and password was reset, but still can't get in. No time to wait on the phone for tech support. If anyone finds out the secret to entering into MyATX, post please.

Try doing a search for "My ATX". This subject has been covered at length on this board more than once.....

I just gave up on MyATX. The first time it took 4 emails, then I got a phone call. The solution worked while I was on the phone. The next time I signed in, I was locked out. More emails and no response.

I got in today and the user name was admin.

I did do a search of MyATX on the board and tried several of the suggested solutions but none worked. Was just hoping someone encountered something new in the way of a "trick" to get in.

We are aware of the communication issues and have development working to resolve. You may be able to communicate sometimes, and sometimes not. It is simply hit and miss at this point.

Solution: just keep trying to connect and you will get thru eventually. Of course, this has greatly increased the call volume to the CS Dept, so you will have a difficult time calling CS for other issues until this is resolved.
