WITAXLADY Posted April 4, 2015 Report Posted April 4, 2015 so the client is going back to his preparer to talk to him first - do I bill him - for this - this time of year or call it good faith!! needs to go back to 2010 for the state - 60% capital gain credit!! and the stocks all have the dividends in!! and it is Easter and his wife is in the hospital - terminal - bet the other preparer is not a softie... too many good deeds this year Quote

Lion EA Posted April 4, 2015 Report Posted April 4, 2015 I'd bill him. Then, I'd never send a second bill, statement, whatever, just let it go if he didn't pay. Or, did you say tree guy? I'd ask him for the same number of hours of his time in my yard when it's convenient for him. Or, he just sells trees, doesn't work with them? Quote
