ILLMAS Posted April 4, 2015 Report Posted April 4, 2015 During the past week I told about 10 clients to stop by today between 10am and 1pm to pick up their tax return, 9 of them showed up between 9:45-10:30am, first time this has happened, I still have returns from clients that were supposed to stop by three weeks ago. 2 Quote
RitaB Posted April 4, 2015 Report Posted April 4, 2015 I don't make appointments, just tell people to drop off whenever. Invariably, there's that one client (ok six clients) who insist on an appointment to drop off. Invariably, they miss that appointment. Yes, go buy a lottery ticket. 1 Quote
kcjenkins Posted April 4, 2015 Report Posted April 4, 2015 I might get up and go jogging tomorrow... I also might win the lottery... You know, same odds 3 Quote
JohnH Posted April 5, 2015 Report Posted April 5, 2015 May as well jog. At least you'll get something for your effort. The odds of willing the lottery are roughly the same whether you buy a ticket or not. 3 Quote
joanmcq Posted April 5, 2015 Report Posted April 5, 2015 Mine all showed up today too! And one I scheduled last minute, as in ' can you come over right now? As I had a break between appointments. She had just moved into the neighborhood, so she was here in 5 minutes. Quote
