How to activate prior year passive losses upon sale of property

I have a client who had passive losses carryover in 8582 because of his high income. Now he has sold the property. My recollection is that there is one check box in ATX max program that will activate the prior year suspended losees but I cannot seem to find that check box.

 

 

I would appreciate it if some body could point me to the right direction.
