So...as a day trader....wash sales don't apply He has a $500,000 NOL I am not electing to carry back. My software is just printing a statement that he elects to not carry-back. Is there any form about carry-forward...or is that automatic. Thanks........ Quote

I think I did recently with something else (tp in China..can mom still be dependent)....I'm looking for the negative....more work for me answer.
