Georgia finally adopted depreciation rules but I have to manually change amounts in fixed assets global setting. I though there used to be a way to update specific forms. Is that a thing of the past? Jack from Ohio Posted March 18, 2015 Report Posted March 18, 2015 The program is supposed to update to the latest version when you open the return. If your program is not doing that, a call to tech support is in order. There is a folder that should be deleted and then the program will re-create it. Problem will go away. I just do not remember where that folder is. 1 Quote
Lee B Posted March 18, 2015 Report Posted March 18, 2015 Under the Return Manager check the box for your client: 1. In the Tool Bar click the support button 2. About 2/3 of the way down the drop down list select "Customer Service Utilities" 3. Click on the last choice in the next drop down list, "Re-download Forms on Marked Returns" Let us know if this helped. 3 Quote
