mrichman333 Posted March 16, 2015 Report Posted March 16, 2015 I have a return that was in the queue for a hour, so I removed it and retransmitted the return, it spent another hour in the queue, so I removed it again. The I tried to transmit just the fed, it spent 30 minutes in the queue and I removed it. Any ideas of what could be wrong? I left a voice mail for Tech. support. Quote
mrichman333 Posted March 16, 2015 Author Report Posted March 16, 2015 No return call yet. I actually redid the return by making up a new client and changing the ss of the original . Simple return two w-2's, a SS and a few mutual fund transactions. This return is stuck in the queue also. Quote
