Form 8903 Not Calculating K1 properly

Form 8903 does not compute the required information and populate the Form K1s correctly in order for individuals to calculate the deduction on their Form 1040. Is anyone having the same problem, if so, what is the work around. We have not received responses from technical support for two week on this issue.
