rfassett Posted February 5, 2015 Report Posted February 5, 2015 That is a quote from one my great clients that just walked through the door. The one before him, on the way out says, "don't work too hard and stay out of trouble. Oh, and don't forget to drink some wine." And the one before that, "Please Ron, work your magic again". It is 12 degrees - up from 10 this morning - and the snow is piled so high it is beginning to obscure my building. But the sun is shining bright which will dictate the client's attitude. Speaking of snow piled high, I looked out the window a little bit ago at one of the snow mountains surrounding my parking lot and I started giggling. It reminded me of the "big" little sled riding hill in "Surviving Christmas." Made me want to run and grab my sled. I agree - Stupid Ground Hog! 3 Quote
Catherine Posted February 5, 2015 Report Posted February 5, 2015 We're scheduled for MORE snow Sat-Sun-Mon. 1-3" Saturday 5-8" Sunday 8-12" Monday So, anywhere from 14" - 23" more. I'm going to hide under my desk and whimper for a while. Maybe 'til mid-March.... And this might have been a BAD year to move my office out of my house. Quote
Lion EA Posted February 6, 2015 Report Posted February 6, 2015 (edited) I keep rescheduling a new client from Monday to Monday to Monday to...! She may go someplace else if it keeps snowing every Monday during tax season. (And, yes, the Monday appointments have been her choice to fit the working schedules of both spouses.)
