Lee B Posted January 24, 2015 Report Posted January 24, 2015 I am still busy doing Payroll Reports, W 2 s and 1099 s, so I haven't downloaded the 2014 ATX Tax Program yet. My question is, "Does the 2014 version of ATX still have "Server Retry" issues and does the 2014 program have a 2014 Admin Console ? Every time I use my 2013 program, I have to go thru the Admin Console to get the server process started. Quote

Every time I use my 2013 program, I have to go thru the Admin Console to get the server process started. The problem is showing up in the 2014 program. When the message shows up, just click retry. Do this as often as needed. No reason to go to the admin console. Quote
North Idaho Rich Posted January 24, 2015 Report Posted January 24, 2015 I only have it happen when I do a rollover. My fix is to have the 2013 regular program open. Then the retry's are complete in the 2013 program. Then I do my rollovers all at once without any retry's necessary in the 2014 program. Sometimes I just keep 2013 running all day. Rich Quote

So I just wait a couple of minutes while my computer gets less busy and it works like a champ. Quote
