JJStephens Posted December 25, 2014 Report Posted December 25, 2014 Have any of you seen any decent/concise ACA questionnaires to help us gather the info needed to do a return? I've seen a few but they were either way too simplistic (two or three questions like 'did you have insurance during 2014?) or two-page decision tree monsters. Not looking for too soft or too hard--looking for just right! Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted December 25, 2014 Report Posted December 25, 2014 Impossible to have a concise questionnaire for such a convoluted and complex set of rules. I am reminding my clients over and over: "Congress passed these rules. This complexity and extra expense are both due to the ACA. 2 Quote
Pacun Posted December 28, 2014 Report Posted December 28, 2014 Not such an animal yet, but as we get versed on the new subject, believe me it will be here on this forum. As soon as the IRS starts auditing tax returns and starts checking on ACA entries, we will be ready to post a questionnaire. Quote
easytax Posted January 9, 2015 Report Posted January 9, 2015 Here is an example of a "possible" sign for the office or mailings, etc.: For examples of possible "questionnaire" items, visit : http://accountants.intuit.com/affordable-care-act/index.jsp?_requestid=18303 Yes, they are somewhat of a competitor but there are some good answers to your question there. 2 Quote
jklcpa Posted January 9, 2015 Report Posted January 9, 2015 Ha, if I put that sign up I'd spend more time answering clients' questions about all of these things that don't apply to them, or debating about the ACA law in general. No thanks, I don't have time for that! 1 Quote

jklcpa Posted January 11, 2015 Report Posted January 11, 2015 (edited) Yes, as you freely acknowledged above, that is an exact lift from Drake's organizer page without the formatting. It's copyright-protected material. Edited January 11, 2015 by jklcpa added that it's copyrighted Quote
