Jack from Ohio Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 I have not installed the program yet. If the installation is like 2013, you must be certain to install the correct versions. Install on the server first. Call Tech Support. I am anxious to hear if their support has improved. Quote
Christian Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 I have installed mine and tried to rollover my own return only to be told the program could not locate the prior 2013 information. Maybe it's just a bit too early for full functionality. Quote

DevM Posted December 1, 2014 Report Posted December 1, 2014 I Installed the Network Version on the Server (Serverand client) first. I than installed on a workstation (Client version only). No issues. Installation is the same as last year. Rolled over a fewreturns (1120S/1065/1120 and 1040) no issues. Recevied server retry a couple of times on the workstation. Quote
