Any Proseries Net Admins?

I am replacing a server for my friend.

I have a server running Proseries tax 2013. I also have a brand new server where I will install 2013 and 2014. Does anyone know what folders I need to copy from the old server so I can have the same information for 2013 on both servers? I tried to call Proseries but they are closed.

 

My friend would save about $3K if she changes to ATX, but training is an issue.

Just for the record, about 5 years ago I changed the server but I don't remember what I did. I have been installing each year without any issues.

As a ProSeries user you will find ProSeries Support very easy to work with.  Wait until they are open to call them on Monday.  They will pick up the phone and actually help you.  If you have been using ATX you probably are afraid to ask for help from support.  Don't be that way with ProSeries.

Actually, I fixed the issue. I copied all folders labeled 13***** and it didn't work. Then I copied the common files folder from the old server to the new one and I synchronized the database and everything works like a champ.

 

I already installed the "workstation" on a workstation and everything seems to be working.
