E-FILE OF EXTENSION

i created an e-file last night for a NYC corporation extension which is due 11/17/14.

However, when I am about to transmit the e-file, I am only seeing the Form 7004 and the NYS CT5.4.

I am not seeing the NYC EXT to transmit.

Does any have a clue why I am not able to see the NYC extension
