With all the reported sightings of Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty in front of cartain tax prep offices, I am seriously considering if we shouldn't come up with a unique mascot for ATX users. I have had some ideas run through my head but can't really make a decision with out some professional input from fellow ATX'ers. Here's some of the first ones that came to my mind:

Cowboy Sam (with his lasso to rope potetential clients)

Sports Illustrated Models wearing a cardboard IRS refund check; (when is that issue coming out anyway?)

Grim Reaper (is ATX next for him?)

Luckily I have plenty of work waiting on me, and personally don't need to resort to methods like this, but hey, it never hurts to be ready for whatever the competition comes up with next.

Now, I would like to hear some more ideas from all of you out there. Lets see what we can come with.

I agree...bring back the Saber-toothed Tiger.

Remember the packages that used to arrive covered with paw prints?

BRING THE TIGER BACK WITH ITS MIGHTY ROAR AND PAW PRINTS AND LOSE ALL THE PARENT COMPANIES THAT HAVE BOUGHT IN SINCE.

I vote for Ahhhhhnnnnolllld as the Terminator. Black leather, Harley, sunglasses. Rebel without a cause look. Right out side the office. (hey, ask your people if I can write off a Harley if it becomes the ATX mascot?)

This is for anyone who does not remember the original Saber logo. ATX97.ico

I don't have a better graphic of it, but the icon is pretty clear.

I like the Caribou Idea... besides here in Michigan the Tiger is already taken!

I liked the Tiger better than the goofy professor. We should also bring back the Tiger's roar when you started the program if I remember right.

You didn't like Maxwell? Shame on you. He took 3 hours to get through a client interview. He was thorough.

I attempted in my spare time to create a logo. I couldn't color nor format exactly as I would have liked, however the attached word file contains said document.

Let me know what you think?

Thanks

I'm a pretty big fan of the hot pink JumpTo bunny from Yesteryear ;) Man he had troubles.

I think my avatar would make a great mascot. Oh, wait. That mascot is already taken by another tax preparation service.
