ATX 2012 efiling

When efiling a 2012 return, does it usually take a long time for the process?  I transmitted a return yesterday.  Acknowledgement says transmitted to EFC but not yet to Agency.

I efiled one yesterday and it was transmitted and accepted within 2 hours.

Depending upon which processing center it goes to, it may take as much as 48 hours to get acknowledgment for 2012. Go to MYATX and check the status. Probably no issue. Patience.
