Form 4136 e-file?

I am trying to figure out on MYATX when we can e-file returns with Form 4136. On the download center it says form approved Feb. 11, but I have updated and still can't create an e-file with a 4136. Anyone have any info on this?

I have a lot of 4136 forms, we are located in a farming community. I have read that due to the Tax Technical Act signed in 2007 that this form must be filed with a paper return. I hope this is incorrect and I am still hoping that they may be E-filed. I have been searching for an answer, but to this point I have no information that is meaningful.

For some reason it has been cleared to file for estates/trusts. I don't understand how it can be cleared for them and not individuals. I'm waiting on that for several clients also.
