Jack from Ohio Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 After this announcement, I know one particular event I will NOT be attending!!IRS Commissioner John Koskinen will deliver a keynote address to the attendees of the IRS Nationwide Tax Forum in Chicago. This special 50-minute session will be a unique opportunity to hear remarks from the current IRS Commissioner.I will spend that time in the exhibit hall!! Quote
Lion EA Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Hey, Jack: If he has a Q&A, I'm counting on you to attend and fire ask away! Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Hey, Jack: If he has a Q&A, I'm counting on you to attend and fire ask away!Better chance of me winning the PowerBall lottery than that session being open for questions. The keynote address is sent to all the conference rooms via closed circuit. The only way not to attend is not to be in any room. Not for me. I doubt that we can believe very much of what he will have to say.He is just another double/talking political crony from Washington. JohnH Posted June 25, 2014 Report Posted June 25, 2014 Maybe they need to have a backup speaker lined up for the keynote address. There's still plenty of time for a resignation between now and July 1. (Think late Friday afternoon, as a general rule) 1 Quote
