NYS EFILE ERROR-STATE 007

I just e-file a couple of personal returns, NYS e-file was rejected- State 007, The IRS submission ID referenced in the state submission must be that of an IRS return.

I looked around but could not find a solution.

Any help is highly appreciated at this time.
