BulldogTom Posted March 31, 2014 Report Posted March 31, 2014 I can relate. I don't know how many passwords I have created that say "I hate frikking passwords". Tom Hollister, CA 3 Quote
Carolbeck Posted March 31, 2014 Report Posted March 31, 2014 Too many passwords, too many different time changes to require password change. If a hacker can figure out a password so easily, how could I in a million years outsmart one with a SuperDuper Password that I would actually remember and not have it tattooed to my arm. I would go for an eye scan or finger print just not to have to remember a stupid Frikking Password! If only all software and websites allowed this. 1 Quote
Catherine Posted March 31, 2014 Author Report Posted March 31, 2014 I have an encrypted, password-protected file where I store all my passwords. Plus I add in all the former passwords, as so many places will not let you use former passwords either, and any special rules for that site (min, max, special characters allowed/disallowed/required) as I detest picking a new one and being told it doesn't qualify for reason one, then reason two, then reason seventeen! Stupid file is over 25 pages long. It's all madness. 1 Quote
kcjenkins Posted April 1, 2014 Report Posted April 1, 2014 I use LastPass and even that does not solve all problems, but does help a lot. Worth it to me. https://helpdesk.lastpass.com/ Quote
