kayNY Posted February 8, 2008 Report Posted February 8, 2008 I am trying to prepare a Colorado resident tax. The necessary ATX forms aren't ready. Has anyone prepare one? Quote
MN2V Posted February 9, 2008 Report Posted February 9, 2008 CAN YOU GO TO COLORADO DEPT OF REVENUE SITE AND DOWNLOAD? Quote
RDennis Posted February 10, 2008 Report Posted February 10, 2008 The Colorado forms are there and have been for several weeks--the 104, 104-CR, 104-AMT, etc. You may have to manually download those forms. Dennis Quote

Dennis Dennis, Can you tell me which forms are necessary for a Co return? Clien worked there for about 5 months. He is a resident of Tx (no state return). Would we need to do a 104PNR? Thanks! RDennis Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 Eli, yes, you should file the 104PN, so that the taxpayer pays tax on only the income earned while in Colorado. Otherwise, just the normal 104 and, if there are credits or AMT, the CR and AMT forms. Dennis Quote
