How do I unhold the state efile return

I have no idea how my state efile has the status of "held" How do I unhold it?

it is the recommended mo for atx. you must have selected this in preferences.

transmit/efile the fed & hold the state until the fed is accepted.

then the state is automatically created to transmit.
