vehicles under sch c or s corp

Hi, formed a S corp for business of farming,,,

and a LLC for rental of equipment

but wants the field trucks under the S corp farm so doesn't need to title them - any objections to this?

or better under LLC, Sch C?

If the trucks belong to the S Corp, then that is where they would be depreciated. I'm a bit confused as to what the question is?

If they are corp. assets then trucks should be titled in the corp. name.
