Clients wife took him back to court for more alimony. The wife can deduct the legal fees can the husband. Quote

The kids and Child support are non-taxable. A lot less alimony is being approved... So much of the divorce legal expenses are non-deductible. Most lawyers will give you a breakdown of their clients invoices to help you out. Rich 1 Quote
