Does anyone know how to unlock a return locked by FAM?

The return is currently locked by the Fixed Asset Manager application. Returns can only be used by one application at a time. Please try opening the return later or close the FAM.

We have not used the FAM?

Could not unlock under Administration.

Have you tried restarting the computer, sometimes a simple restart releases files.

Done, workstation shut down on task manager and restart, server shutdown on task manager and restart, still waiting for a moderator on ATX board, will call after lunch if nothing by then.

Was able to open and print from workstation that the problem started on BUT still does not open on server. Pretty odd situation.
