election statement not linking with fixed assets

Client wants to elect out of bonus depreciation; I added the elections statement and checked the appropriate election, but the fixed asset manager isn't recognizing the election. I've closed the client, closed the program, nothing works. Only thing I can think of is to not check 'new' for each asset....

any ideas, fixes?

Did you go to the 'Asset Global Settings " tab on the FA page?

Ah, let me try that.

It didn't work for me either by making the election in Asset Global Settings. I just selected "none" from the asset entry tab and it seemed to work. But probably not technically correct.

Global settings worked for me. Don't forget the elections statement!
