I recently logged in under Admin with my original password and completed 4 returns. The next day, I tried to log in again, using the same password I used before, and it would not allow me to log in. I reset my password (using the same activation code) and the 4 returns I already completed disappeared. I was able to recreate the returns, and I continued using the program with the new password. This morning, I tried to log in with the new password I created, and it would not allow me to log in. I tried the original password and it let me in. However, my first 4 returns (that I thought I lost) were there and the 9 returns I completed yesterday were missing.

In addition, I created a new user yesterday for one of my employees. They were able to log in yesterday, but now, their account has disappeared.

Does anyone know what could have happened?? Is there a way to recover all of the returns I have already done?

Seems that you have two different versions of ATX2013 on your computer somehow.

One of your icons on the desktop goes to one, and there is a path to a different one via another route.

Sounds weird, but it happens.

If you have a network, you may need to start over...
