onthego Posted February 1, 2014 Report Posted February 1, 2014 I recently logged in under Admin with my original password and completed 4 returns. The next day, I tried to log in again, using the same password I used before, and it would not allow me to log in. I reset my password (using the same activation code) and the 4 returns I already completed disappeared. I was able to recreate the returns, and I continued using the program with the new password. This morning, I tried to log in with the new password I created, and it would not allow me to log in. I tried the original password and it let me in. However, my first 4 returns (that I thought I lost) were there and the 9 returns I completed yesterday were missing. In addition, I created a new user yesterday for one of my employees. They were able to log in yesterday, but now, their account has disappeared. Does anyone know what could have happened?? Is there a way to recover all of the returns I have already done? Quote
Richcpaman Posted February 1, 2014 Report Posted February 1, 2014 Seems that you have two different versions of ATX2013 on your computer somehow. One of your icons on the desktop goes to one, and there is a path to a different one via another route. Sounds weird, but it happens. If you have a network, you may need to start over... Rich 1 Quote
