Philip1117 Posted February 1, 2014 Report Posted February 1, 2014 I'm not sure what to call it but I had a 1040 return that would not calculate correctly. The standard deduction specifically was messed up. I had to delete and restart with a new 1040. This return was converted from Drake. Is there another way to fix a corrupted return other than deleting and restarting. Phil Quote
The Kidd Posted February 1, 2014 Report Posted February 1, 2014 Last year when I converted from TaxWise to ATX, there was a huge problem. I had to contact ATX for days until it was correctly fixed. Quote

Too many possibilities for wrong data. You should contact tech support. How many clients do you have? I would plan to have other problems after conversion. Quote
Philip1117 Posted February 1, 2014 Author Report Posted February 1, 2014 Jack, About 250 converted returns from drake. I'll be on the look out. Opening them in 2012 first is an experience I need to avoid. Phil Quote
