jshtax Posted January 31, 2014 Report Posted January 31, 2014 When entering expenses for an auto the space for lease amount is blocked out from entering any data. How do you get around this issue? Quote
jshtax Posted February 1, 2014 Author Report Posted February 1, 2014 So no one has tried to enter a leased vehicle? Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted February 1, 2014 Report Posted February 1, 2014 Are you doing it on the asset entry screen? Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted February 1, 2014 Report Posted February 1, 2014 I have not started processing any returns yet. I told all my people I am waiting till Feb. 3 to start processing. None of my clients returns will be eaten in the inevitable e-file system crash at the IRS. Just waiting to hear about it. It has become an annual event. I will not submit any e-files before Feb. 4. I see no need to rush... 1 Quote
jshtax Posted February 1, 2014 Author Report Posted February 1, 2014 ATX Kriten said there is a box you have to check in 2013 on the asset entry screen asking if the vehicle is leased before you can enter the amounts. 1 Quote
jshtax Posted February 1, 2014 Author Report Posted February 1, 2014 I just looked for it and it is a very small box above where you would enter the $ amount of the asset. Quote
