I have noticed when trying to access an asset say the vehicle to input miles and put the cursor there - it moves and opens something else up - irritating..

has done it on a number of Schedules.

Replace the battery in your cordless mouse. If that does not solve the problem, replace the mouse.

What you are describing is know as "Spastic Mouse Syndrome."

well Jack - I was serious!

You are being silly and I am not impressed! :)

I don't have a cordless mouse...and it works well everywhere else!

another explanation?

Change the mouse and see if the problem still exists. I am being serious. The only treatment for "spastic mouse" is replacement. There is a circuit board in the mouse that sends the signals to the computer. Possible switch failure or the circuit board has had a stroke. USB mouse is CHEAP.

Could be a symptom that your mouse is beginning to develop a problem, tho. I had that problem last year, and as the problem came and went, it took me a while to figure it out. Might want to consider buying a 'backup' mouse, just in case.
