Naveen Mohan from New York Posted January 25, 2014 Report Posted January 25, 2014 I got an email from ATX that "one of the return that I sent to EFC could not be processed because of a submission ID that is longer than our system allowed." It then asked me to duplicate the return and resubmit it to EFC. I have done what ATX asked me to do but I do not understand the message. it did not tell me what I did wrong and what do I need to do to prevent similar mishap from happening again. I would appreciate any help in this area. Thanks Naveen Mohan Quote

Thanks Naveen Mohan The only thing that comes to my mind is that while working on the return you put a book on the keyboard and it typed extra numbers that were transmitted. Quote
kcjenkins Posted January 26, 2014 Report Posted January 26, 2014 Perhaps a sticky key? My 3 sometimes looks like 333, which if it's in the middle of a number, I can end up with with my ip code looking like 953368! Quote
