Remote access application

What program do you use to connect remotely to your client computer? I've been using Logmein (free) for a while, but it's no longer going to free, so I wanted to see what else is out there.

In my case, I provide hands on support to a few of my clients that do their own books on Quickbooks, for example if they get stuck reconciling an account, they call me and I log into their computer or if I am out the office need to check a file on my computer.

I do both.

We use Team Viewer. So does ATX.

I am familiar with connecting remotely, I just never had the need to connect to one of my clients computers. Obviously, its a useful feature and definitely something that can be helpful should circumstances require it.

I pay $69 per month. I can only access other computers on one computer at a time but I can do it on any computer anywhere. I can log on to as many computers as i want at the same time if there is someone at the other end to establish the connection. I can have a list of 100 computers I can log on to unattended with no one at the other end.

Thanks, it's a little to pricey for me, for the 4-5 client computers I work with.
