kcjenkins Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 Darn, none in Vegas this year? That was always the cheapest option, as long as you can resist the games and slots. Quote

jshtax Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 Id rather have my legs waxed for 3 straight days. Quote
Guest Taxed Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 It may be worth going this year to get updated info in ACA. I was really hoping it would be in Boston or somewhere in the Northeast? Quote

I dont really get too excited about taxes/penalties you have no control over. I am sure the IRS requirements will be a lot like MA in that you have to enter the policy # and so forth to prove you have insurance. Quote
ILLMAS Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 I am not excited about the Chicago dates, people who need to travel will be spending July 4th traveling back. But on the bright side, if it's hosted in the same location as the prior one, I will be walking to the event. Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 I will probably be at Chicago this summer. I am looking forward to seeing MAS again! Quote
Gail in Virginia Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 Most likely I will go to the one near DC. Crowded, but usually a lot of good information for the money - if you can just remember anything after three days of sitting in lectures! Quote
MDEA Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 Will go to DC and take a couple of my preparers. It is about two miles from my office. Quote
easytax Posted January 3, 2014 Report Posted January 3, 2014 Anybody know if they ever have or intend to webcast any or all the events, etc. Given some limitations, travel is not really an option. besides, even when I could, I enjoyed things (football, some sports, etc.) from my TV screen --- I could keep up with them from there --- on sight sometimes too much AND no worries as with the TV --- a lot of "replays" so I could watch again. Just asking... Quote

easytax Posted January 3, 2014 Report Posted January 3, 2014 Jack from OH, Thanks, I'll keep my eyes open for them (hopefully they will announce them on IRS.gov). Did like the Tax-Talk-Today but now that's a pay to view too. . I always try to learn. Quote
