Had a rejected return tonight. From within the program, the "display rejection error" was useless. Found a quick way to trace the error. Hopefully it will help someone else:

Log on to "MyATX", then E-File Center, then E-File Status...click on the "Rejected Return" tab and click on the social security number for your rejected client....then click on "Federal Reject History".....it then gives you the Form, Sequence # and Reject Code. Found this a lot more desirable than from within the program....for now, at least!

This did not work for my situation. I could see that it was a W-2, and I know the sequence number, but I cannot determine which of the 4 W-2s it is. See my thread here...
