Impact of edited master forms

I received a few response to my post on the official board about performance times and some people are getting faster times than we are so it has made me think about what could be causing our slower times. Only thing that pops in my mind is that we have a few master forms that have been edited and I am curious if this could have some impact on the overall speed. We altered the invoice to always have a few boxes checked as well as the EF forms with pin numbers already entered for taxpayer and spouse. Just a thought and it might have no impact.
