FORM 8332 RELEASE OF CLAIM TO EXEMPTION

Does anyone know if we can efile this form or does this return have to be mailed in? I have client and his ex has released the claim for exemption and he wants to efile. Any help appreciated.

Wendy,

E-file the return, then after it's accepted, send a signed copy of the 8332 with the 8453 to IRS. There is a check box on the 8453 to indicate that a completed 8332 is attached (the program should automatically check the box).
