The Modernized e-File Assurance Testing Systems (ATS) System is experiencing an issue. The IRS is working to resolve the problem as a top priority. Please refrain from sending any service requests to ATS until further notice.

According to the MeF Status Page, the system was back up as of 3:30 PM EST.

Did anyone have problems with the EFTPS system yesterday? I tried to log on and could not.

Just used EFTPS and it's working fine. I efiled a Form 1120 late yesterday afternoon with ATX and received

my acks this morning.
