kcjenkins Posted June 29, 2013 Report Posted June 29, 2013 A federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., has scheduled oral arguments for September 24 to hear the Internal Revenue Service's appeal of Loving v. Jack from Ohio Posted June 29, 2013 Report Posted June 29, 2013 Just in time to get the requirements reinstated to have a huge rush for CPE in 2013. I am doing mine anyway, just in case. I am going to hire Justin Case to work for me. 2 Quote
Guest Taxed Posted June 29, 2013 Report Posted June 29, 2013 The appeals process could take the better part of next year and even if IRS wins at the end and all appeals are exhausted it will be 2015 before we see it implemented again. Quote
