rfassett Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 Did you do the survey? Entering your name and account number is optional - not for me. I want them to know whose back they are seeing as I walk away. I installed a new system (network and workstations) a week ago. ATX 2012 and FAM are my only issues of all of the software installed. If I do not install FAM, ATX runs fine. If I install FAM, ATX crashes and FAM does not open. I followed the installation instructions to the "t". Sometime next week, I will call support and see how long it takes them to figure it out. The survey could not have been better timed. In spite of all of the rhetoric, they still do not have the most basic things fixed. Quote
Yardley CPA Posted June 21, 2013 Author Report Posted June 21, 2013 I completed the survey and included my name and client number. I want them to know who I am and what my feelings are. I rarely complete an "anonymous" survey. If I complete a survey, I want them to know who I am and what my thoughts are. I'd welcome their call or email, seeking further information. Quote

I was a little surprised they even left it an option. Quote
Guest Taxed Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 I read the survey, it is very broad and generic. If the goal was to get feedback on the software, they should have focused the questions more specific to various segments of the software to get user reaction. How does if you are located in a HO or strip mall help them with the user's experience with the software?? Quote
kcjenkins Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 That's clearly a question the marketing people put in. Quote
