ATX v 12.18

Due to the above mentioned reasons I kept putting off the update of the program for more than a month. Finally installed it and beside a single issue with one totally blank Fixed Assets Form on a completed return prepared with 12.13, I don't see other issues so far, single WinXP Pro SP3 installation.
