Is ATX fixed for 2012

I jumbed ship back in March to Pro Series but still have ATX for 2012. I will stick with PS for 2013, but wanted to know if ATX is '"FIXED"? I do not want to download if it is still not fixed 100%. I am on a network. I know it is only almost June and I may be asking a lot of ATX but wanted to ask people that were not trying to sell me something.
