TRX Gone!

Crank did you get asked to beta test the TRX program? I did and don't really have time to do so. Even if the beta test proved good, I would be scared to death to use it.

I received the email from Karen also. I responded that I had in good faith purchased a useless program from them and that they had refused to issue a refund. I stated that until they had the integrity to do the right thing I wanted nothing else to do with them or their programs. Of course, I received the email back offering me the 2013 program at no cost which I refused.

Having filed complain with the BBB a couple of years ago on the crooks at TRX I received the following email today from the BBB. I encourage you to take the time to also file your complaint with the TN AG's office as requested.

The BBB has been continuing to work on the issues concerning TRX Software Development. We have been in contact with the Tennessee Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Affairs Office and they are asking you to file complaints with them. If you have not filed a complaint with them please take the time to do so.

I just got a call from TRX...trying to get me to renew for next year.

When I got the email to renew I wrote back to Karen Bills and asked about my refund. She then offered me a complimentary copy of the 2013 version which I didnt accept.

I also received the TN BBB email asking me to file with the TN AG on 7/26/13 which I did on 7/28/13
