When I loaded my ATX software I only selected two states. Now I need to select a third state. Does anyone out know how I would go about doing this? I've been on hold with ATX support for at least fifteen minutes and still waiting.

When in the program and in the return, select add new forms. When you select the new state forms, it should prompt you to put in your disc. Insert disc and it should load the forms.

Insert the disc and do the install again. It won't overwrite anything. Just pick the extra state you want.

You would think there would be a better way.

There is a better way...

You really don't need the original disc to install...

Go to the Update button in the Return Manager...

Select "Manual"

Select the state and download the new forms right into the program.

No disc or re-install required

It doesn't work that way if you can only select three states. I only selected two when I installed the CD but now I need a third. If I try it your way (which I did) it tells me that I have to PRS the forsm.

Thanks for everyone's help I did it the way KEA mentioned and I got it to work.
