Mo returns not ack

This morning, Mon 4/22, still have some return not ack. Should I be looking into something.

Did you check on the solution center if EFC has your return transmitted? If EFC has it transmitted and you have not yet received an ACK it may be just delayed BUT if EFC has no record of your e-file then it is a problem!

I had one situation on 4/16 when I was checking. For some reason the state e-file did not get transmitted from my computer to the EFC. It was still sitting in the pending e-file directory, though the status page showed it was transmitted. The only explanation I have is that on 4/15 I had a very large batch of E-Files to make the 10pm deadline CCH posted and this one somehow fell through the cracks.

Every year the first thing I do the day after the deadline is to run a report and check each return that was transmitted and an ACK was pending or retransmitted after a rejection Ack.
